Working with Kevin was not only a pleasure but also stress free in a highly stressful situation. This was my first FHA loan and it was incredibly complex for me. Kevin was patient while educating me as well as he was quick to resolve problems created by others. Kevin is a no nonsense professional with a kind spirit that made this entire process easy Peasy. Kevin deserves a raise!

This entire team at RMC; from Kevin to Jennifer and Pamela Wolfgang has been fantastic. From day one they have shown me and my daughter nothing but respect, honestly, and worked very on our behalf to get us approved for our home mortgage loan. I was very surprised at all the support we received on all aspects of the process. I asked thousands of questions and they always got back with me in a timely manner. They were very professional and personable. I am grateful and was blessed to have such amazing team.

Babasaheb's Tip: Loan processor needs to be very clear and specific regarding documents requirement and timeframe when needed. Communication with customer needs to be timely, our experience with loan processor was less than adequate / satisfactory. Mr. Kevin Townsend was very professional, responsive ,responsible and respectful . I was easy to communate with him and later with Loan officer’s over all performance was less than adequate/satisfactory. RMC needs to clearly state the types of specific documentation needed to get final approval at the beginning of loan application & not Waite until last minute in the process. Further loan processor needs to be communicating in a they manner to answer the customer needs/ questions! Loan officer and his assistant ( Ms Stephanie Trang ) provided excellent service in a professional manner.6

Stay Away
I was a first time home owner and was learning the ropes. I am a very intelligent person, but this man made me feel like I wasn’t. I know I didn’t buy a million dollar home, but he never had time to discuss anything and seem like he didn’t care. On the 99th hour we were told because of my husband immigration status pending we could not get our loan. And he had no remorse about the matter. I felt like he gave me a best option that fits with him and not what work best for me. Come to find out my husband status didn’t matter in the case and we were able to dodge a bullet. He also made me feel as if I could only get a FHA loan and that was not the case! We went to another loan provider and was able to close less that 3 weeks.
Monica's Tip: Chose a different lender and make sure to go with someone who make you feel like u matter

Kevin was very helpful as my loan officer. He wasn’t my realtor but acted quickly and always pickup his phone anytime I called him. He helped my resolve a big problem with the builder when they threaten to void my contract. For that I’m very grateful and knew I can always count on him.
LanChi's Tip: Once we were conditional approved. The process took too long. It would’ve been better if it was faster and not final approval on the closing date.
