Mr. Kevin TOWNSEND Is a great professional and was very cooperative throughout the loan application and approval process.
Babasaheb's Tip: Loan processor needs to be very clear and specific regarding documents requirement and timeframe when needed. Communication with customer needs to be timely, our experience with loan processor was less than adequate / satisfactory. Mr. Kevin Townsend was very professional, responsive ,responsible and respectful . I was easy to communate with him and later with Loan officer’s over all performance was less than adequate/satisfactory. RMC needs to clearly state the types of specific documentation needed to get final approval at the beginning of loan application & not Waite until last minute in the process. Further loan processor needs to be communicating in a they manner to answer the customer needs/ questions! Loan officer and his assistant ( Ms Stephanie Trang ) provided excellent service in a professional manner.6

Saving Grace
Zak was a terrible loan officer. He lied about things. There was no communication from him and when he decided to communicate he didn’t give all the information. When he knew that I was upset he quit talking to me all together and would only walk to my spouse. Zak then quit talking to him. Elizabeth Larus then started calling and emailing. She was the saving grace through this whole thing. She answered any questions with detail and made us feel comfortable. Ferris Harripersad was great with communicating our closing numbers and explaining what everything meant.
Tyler's Tip: If Zak is your agent, ask for someone else.

Incomplete information and untimely response
The loan officer could not provide the documentation that was legally required 3 days prior to closing. Until the day of the closing, we did not know the amount for cash to close. Loan officer could not sort out simple things like escrow amount etc.
