This experience was horrible.
I did not feel supported through this process. The communication was disgusting. This company made this process far more stressful than it already was. I feel like the lender was very lazy I had to be doing everything. It seems as if he couldn't careless if I got the loan or not. To be honest this experience had me wondering how you guys are still in business if everyone was treated like I was.This company foes not deserve a star.
Derrika's Tip: Treat people better. Care more. Not everyone is knowledgeable about this process especially first time home buyers. We need to be guide every step of the way. If it was possible to give 0 star I would.
