Denton was great. This was my first time purchasing a house and did not have much knowledge on the process. Denton was more than kind enough to answer any and all questions in depth.

Incomplete information and untimely response
The loan officer could not provide the documentation that was legally required 3 days prior to closing. Until the day of the closing, we did not know the amount for cash to close. Loan officer could not sort out simple things like escrow amount etc.

Completely Shady
If I could rate lower I would, but you have to at least give one star. Denton lied to us on several occasions with different items. He told my wife we had two days at a locked in rate and with a certain amount of credits. We responded the next day, within the timeframe and the rate was increased, there was no credit, and we were told he never told us the rate was locked or there were credits. Also, when confronted with financial information to counteract what he was telling us, he then passed the blame onto their investors in one of the most hilarious arguments seeing as I work in financing and investing myself. Never go with RMC, and definitely not Denton.

I didn't initially start off with Denton, but I ended with him and the transition was seamless. Everyone on the team was easy to reach and Denton was able to answer questions I had and was not only reachable by e-mail but by telephone as well. I was informed in every aspect of what was needed and guided if I was unsure or unaware of what was actually asked. Although it was a stressful time, due to effective communication and openness I survived and succeeded and closed with a big smile on my face. Would I do it all again with RMC Home Mortage? I most definitely will.
Madonna's Tip: Make sure your financial situation does not change unless it's you getting a pay raise. Do not take out credit cards, or any other debt, until you close. Do not make expensive charges on your credit card that you can't pay off your bill in full. Go on a serious budget and save save save - no unnecessary purchases.

Our building process was a little rough but Denton was always there to answer my question even if they didn't pertain to him. I really appreciated how patient he was with me as a first time home buyer and builder. Communication is the key to all things in life and especially this process and we are so glad Denton was our Dude! Thanks for all your hard work at seeing us over this finish line!!!

Amazing experience VA loan
I had the most fortunate experience having Denton & Pam as my loan officers. And I closed on my new house a week ago! I started this process with them and they helped me get approval on my new construction. They stayed in communication with both the builder and me. It wasn’t easy but this team kept me on track, kept the builder on track and ensured I had a very smooth closing! I was blessed having Denton on my team!!!

Denton was the first person I spoke too in regards to my Loan Process with RMC Mortgage. I had my reservations at first being a new home buyer and using my VA loan for the first time. Denton did an excellent job being patient with me by answering all my questions and helping me understand the loan process. He is a great communicator and that was in part one of the main reasons I did not change lenders at the last minute. He was instrumental with me getting out the gate and then finally getting to the closing table. Thanks Denton!
