Dawn's Tip: When looking for a home, Maronda Homes offers various models and styles that suit so many different needs. If you don't know which floorplan would work best for you, look on their website and You Tube videos to see the way the floor plans are structured. Also, have a budget and stick to it, even though you may want to splurge on so many upgrades. Stick to your settlement personal budget. It will matter when it comes to final costs.
