We purchased our home and originally financed with Jet Loans Bach in 2019. Lee was our loan officer and because of our original experience and the rapport we established, when we decided to refinance in 2021 we reached back out to Lee. He was welcoming and honest, not pushy and very accommodating. His customer service and knowledge are unbeatable.

I am truly grateful for Jet Home Loans giving me the opportunity to buy my beautiful new home. It has a been an absolute blessing. Mr. Mayor did a fantastic job at the beginning explaining how the loan process works and finding a great interest rate as a first time home buyer. Thank you. The only disappointment was the last minute underwriting process. It was at times difficult to communicate with the team when it came down to the wire. Mr. Mayor throughout this process had been very helpful, except the day before closing. I respect his line of work and am grateful for his help. However, I felt disappointed with his unprofessional attitude and demeaner. I understand the process can be stressful for all involved, however I felt my questions towards the end became more of a burden for him. Doreen Schear was a joy to work with as well. Thank you once again for the amazing opportunity to work with your lending service and helping me buy the home of my dreams!

Bill has been great to work with! We initially met Bill through a 1st time homebuyer's course 5 years ago. With Bill's help, he helped coach us on what we needed to do financially to be able to qualify for what we wanted. We connected a couple of times over the years and Bill was always so helpful, his goal was helping us and getting us where we wanted to be. Finally the time was right and we had our ducks in a row. Mr. Gerry Suarez provided me with excellent service. He knowledge of mortgage loans is impressive. He was able to communicate this knowledge to me with ease. I called him several times for explanations on certain mortgage related issues, he either answered my call or if he was busy he returned my call promptly.
