Stupendous Job!
At first, I was very apprehensive to go with a preferred lender through H&H Homes. My previous experiences going with preferred lenders was less than favorable. When Ed called me for the first time, we hit it off right away. He was black, white, candid, professional, seasoned, knowledgeable and to the point. He took time to listen and answer all of my inquiries. His customer service exceeded my expectations. Very unresponsive and refused to answer many phone calls. Day of my closing I find out that my package was never sent to the title company and my closing was delayed because of this, I had to call 8 different people and leave messages before the branch manager personally took care of it. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend,
