Underwhelmed
With our new construction build we were required to use one of their lenders. I was very disappointed in the care that was given to us during the last 6 months of our build. Any time I had a question or didn’t completely understand the process I would be met with repeatedly the same response like it was a script or at the very least a defensive agent. I would call with a question and then be returned with a problem that needed to be solved to move forward. It was like every event was almost too late. They weren’t calling me to resolve issues I was stumbling across issue when I would call to talk about something. Even up to the closing I was getting new forms(72 forms to be exact) to be signed that should have been done well before. It’s just unfortunate that it was such a negative experience. If I had to build a house again and a builder required me to use this lender I would have to find another builder that’s how dissatisfied I am.

Amazing Experience
Joanne was absolutely amazing to work with! I needed a loan approval letter at a property and it was emailed to me within 10 minutes. Any email was responded to within an hour and on the rare occasion she didn't answer her phone I received a call back or text within minutes. No one does that today! She is an expert in her field, personable, was caring, understanding and held my had during a stressful underwriting process. It was like a friend helping me get a good deal and looked out for my best interest.
