A complicated transaction
They changed my rate from 4.625 to 6.5 even it was supposed to be locked. Then, despite having my file for 5 months and having receipt all clearance on my paperwork they delayed the closing because UW signatures. Is hard to get email confirmation or prompt communication from them.
