Loan officer was interested in locking in a interest rate, then disappeared. Several people were calling with really no initial identification asking for information and loan officer unavailable to explain cause for alert from a security perspective. Upon closing, received FBC email and never heard from loan officer again
Darryl's Tip: Loan officer becomes face of company and key to customers experience. Loan officer should notify / introduce customer when and who is going to be contacting customer. The support team ask for sensitive information and cold calls for information is a security risk.

After dealing with the death of a parent, Dawn helped walk us through the process of purchasing our parent's home back from the reverse mortgage company. With everything we were dealing with at the time, we never felt overwhelmed in the process because of Dawn.
