Richard's Tip: As indicated, the process of obtaining a jumbo loan is fraught with traps for the unwary. You will need to have all of your tax returns, w-2s, as well income statements, bank statements and credit card balances and be prepared to dig deep in providing the document and evidence requested. After burying myself in credit card debt over the past few years, I decided to refinance my home and put some of the equity to work for me. Daniel and his team took my initial information and ran with it behind the scenes most of the time. The electronic signing process was intuitive and performed flawlessly, including selecting a signature that closely resembled my own. I was kept informed as to the status of my loan with regular updates and a weekly update on the world of finance with brief, yet informative, FBC newscasts. All of the agents involved in the loan process were orchestrated by Daniel and his team including the dispatch of a Notary to my home at a time convenient to me.
