Natalie Glennen is amazing! This was the second time that I worked with Natalie on securing a conventional mortgage. Her pre-work and document collection in advance made the approval and final review easy. Natalie was easy to get ahold of, she promptly returned calls, and she stayed in touch with me through the entire process. Natalie was an absolute pleasure to work with. I also really liked the FBC Mortgage portal and process. I received an email with a video at each step along the way. The videos were short and kept me informed of next steps, so that I knew what to expect. The entire loan process was smooth. I highly recommend Natalie Glennen and FBC Mortgage, LLC.

Worst mortgage experience ever
James Peterson was a nice man but clearly not in the right position. In over his head. Jeff Schneider was a condescending you know what. Dean Longway does not return calls or emails the same as the title company. If I knew then what I know now I would have gladly my own closing cost. The money saved was not worth the experience.

Let me tell you about that dude Brian, he was on top of everything, always on point and thorough. He made my home buying experience exceptional. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and happy to work with you. Honestly one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever made. Going through a fast food drive thru is harder then using Brian fuse. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a smooth process for my first mortgage I’ve read and have heard the nightmare of paperwork that’s involved when buying a home. But Rob and his team did a outstanding job getting me through the process. What sets them apart is their amazing online interface it’s so easy to upload documents.
Victor's Tip: Have all your paperwork ready w2, check stubs, bank statements Etc and the process to a final approval will be easy and smooth

Keneath made our first home buying experience awful. Purposely holding our paperwork from the company she was leaving, Supreme Lending, and then not getting things processed or ordered in a timely manner when she got to FBC. It was shady and unethical. She even ran my credit at FBC without consenting me first. The processor that was working my file quit and nothing got done. She played pass the buck and blamed everyone else. Terrible leadership. The only bright spot besides we did get closed, finally, was Lacie. She picked up the processing pieces. She was awesome. I would not recommend using Keneath for your home buying needs.
