I went to our existing mortgage holder and after continuous communications issues with releasing locks on our credit freeze and slow response times I moved on to an online contact. That was no better. They promised a better interest rate but as the paperwork progressed things began to change. I was reminded of the old adage, "If you lie down with dogs you get fleas!" I asked my realtor wife what I should do and she referred me to Seymoine at FBC here in our town. It was like coming home. Communications was easy. The online follow-up kept us appraised of the forward movement along with videos to make sure we understood the process. The rate did not change from our first application until our closing and all went without a hitch. When your largest investment is on the line, I learned that we are best served when we are served by a local. Thanks Seymoine.

5 stars is not enough for the team of Melyssa and Sumrah These girls I met trough a seller ! They recieved my paperwork when I was just denied for a loan that was processed by a lender that handled everything wrongly!! Melyssa and Sumrah made me a promise that they are going to get me a loan Well 3 houses later , change of job in between and a baby we found our forever home and a loan that match to it These two girls made it an easy task I was not stressed like I was before !
