Keith Bice and Team are EXCELLENT!
Keith Bice and his team were so incredibly helpful. We closed on a home in January and there were a few hoops to jump through to get us to closing. Keith and his team were willing to take on the challenge to get through the hoops and made our closing happen in 30 days! Despite the challenges we faced. Keith and his team guided us through the process and helped us with every step of the process. They explained things well, got us the best interest rate possible, and communicated with our realtor to make sure everyone was kept in the loop. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I was so impressed and their customer service was unmatched.

Nashville office not proactive
Never heard anything but generic videos from Scott Fosgate. His team was courteous but not well versed in VA loan rules. Several hurdles arose due to lack of understanding or foresight on my and their part. For people that work on loans every day, they should have been better able to handle them. I had to find solutions as they weren’t proactive in solving them.

Not pleased
Not pleased with our refinance process. Not sure where the blame falls but we started the process sometime at the end of May or beginning of June and did not close until the middle of January. Had to submit the same documents several times. Got bounced from brand to branch and loan officer to loan officer. Will avoid using FBC in the future.
