We used Lisa Amorosa with FBC Mortgage for our original home loan when we first purchased our home in Vero Beach and customer service was exceptional. When it was time to refinance with these new low rates, we didn't even consider another mortgage company. Went straight back to FBC and got the same exceptional service. Lisa and Marcy made the refinance process painless, got us a great rate and worked to reduce our fees as a benefit of being a prior customer. Highly recommend!!!

loan process expierence
1) the loan officer is like a used car salesperson. 2) the loan processor wanted so much info at least 25% was lost and I had to resend. she gave no guidance just demanded more and more info. 3) sold the mortgage before I even closed. FBC's process was like buying a used car

This is the fourth time we have used Scott and his team at FBC. They make the process of buying or refinancing a home easy. They are very organized and make sure we had plenty of time to gather information they needed to process our loan.
