John's Tip: Future clients, it is a digital world and that makes the buying process so much easier. If you are living in the analog world like my husband, brace yourselves and get prepared. Relax though, it is an easy process. Digital signing is not scary.

My loan officer was phenomenal she stayed professional even when I wanted to give up. It was times we would move forward and because of things on my end get knocked back. She kept me up to date with the good and bad at all times. I never had to keep calling and emailing she stayed on point from the beginning to the end.
