Make sure when you are in the process of a loan that agreements made prior to closing are met. I had no one from the lender's company there as an advocate for me during closing to guide me through all the promises/agreements discussed. Made my closing experience a nightmare. After the fact Keith didn't seem concerned/bothered of the stress and things left undone that I had to deal with.
Kathy's Tip: Make sure that you have an advocate at closing that has your best interest!!!

Exceptional Service!
Jack is the best! We were originally working with another loan company but nothing was moving forward and we were pretty frustrated with them. When we started to work with Jack, he was highly responsive and get the job done quickly! Without his help, we would have never bought a house. He literally helped us answering every little question we had and walked through everything. As a first time buyer, we had no idea where to start or what to expect but we were so lucky that it was Jack who helped our first home buying journey. There are a lot of things to conquer along the way but thanks to Jack, we've accomplished like a breath. Even after purchasing the house, we asked for his help! (we asked to check if the letter is fraudulent or not.. ) If you need help with a mortgage, Jack is the guy. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!!

I have bought and sold multiple homes and refinanced homes several times as well and never have I had to deal with a better group of people. I never met these folks in person but any time I called or emailed I talked to someone that made me feel comfortable with the process and they always were available to answer all my questions. I actually waited several months before I was ready to refinance and each week I would ask about the rates and they would give me the answer and would say we are here for you when you are ready. I refinanced several years ago and the process was the exact opposite and because of that experience I did not use them this time and would never use them again. Tiffany Brooks - It would be wrong for me not to give her a personal shout out as she was the one that had to deal with my craziness and I appreciate her dedication to helping me and for picking up the phone every time I called and was ALWAYS friendly and you could hear the sincerity in her voice. Lastly, the process was straight forward and the everyone was honest and caring. It doesn't get better than that! Great Experience
I felt like the proceeds moved very quickly with almost no issues. Only issue I experienced was the closing was pushed one day past the estimated date do to minor paperwork issues. But all parties involved were very helpful.
