Tiffany Brooks and her team was amazing!!! I’m so happy that I used them to help me close my house. We were able to close on the house quicker then I thought. This would not have happened without this wonderful team. They answered all of my questions and crazy middle of the night fears with professionalism and quick responses. I was very happy with everything they did. I was worried that I would not be able to get a loan and buy a house. I recently graduated from law school and had student loans. Other title companies I had spoken with told me there was no way that I could qualify for any loan in the next 5 years. Tiffany took the time to go over all of my student loans and the potential loans that I could take with my loans. She said that I would be able to qualify for a mortgage and helped me with this process. I love Tiffany!
Megan's Tip: The quicker the documents can be sent to the team, the quicker the approval process will be. Trust that the entire team is following up on everything. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, they are there to explain the types of loans and was to buy a house. If you have student loans, don’t be afraid to talk to someone about them. I didn’t think I could get a mortgage with the student loans I had but they take the time to explain everything that I can qualify for and not be “house poor.”

Getting approval for a mortgage is now an incredibly intensive experience. I was blown away by the amount of paperwork and level of detail that was needed. The FBC staff helped us get through this - not without pain, but with a minimum. There were some real complexities with this purchase. John and his team found a path that got us the mortgage we needed at a very good rate. They even came through at the very end when our realtor put in a last minute kink. All in all a great job.

the whole team was very friendly and professional. They were able to assist us through all of the delays we experienced (with our buyer) and make the whole process as easy and painless as possible. Any questions we had along the way were answered in a timely and clear manner. Our only regret is that we were never able to meet any of the mortgage team.
