Gordon is an excellent loan officer. While processing my mortgage loan he left no stone unturned. He was thorough and precise leaving the underwriter to ask for little to nothing in addition recommend documents. Gordon did not promise anything that was not possible. He got the job done! I absolutely would recommend him to anyone, and have already recommended him to my brother.
Charles's Tip: Get all required/recommend documents to him ASAP no matter how tedious, he knows what he is doing.

Great Homebuying Process
Gordon and FBC Mortgage by extension, were a great help to the homebuying process. Every step of the way is documented and available to you online, while Gordon is always around to answer questions. I think the best compliment I can give is that everything was efficient and made sense - even if Gordon had to explain it to me a few times.
Davon's Tip: As a first-time homebuyer, a lot of things may not make as much sense as you want. Gordon was great because he answered my many questions about the process and timelines. If you're confused, I suggest looking up your problems first, and then asking your lending team to clarify.

Great service
I had a loan with Chase Bank who 4 days before closing informed me of a 1.5% rate increase. I switched to FBC with Quita Williamson and in less than 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Years holidays she got me a new loan set up and finished in time for me to move in before I had to head back to work. Very easy and professional to work with.
Rudolph's Tip: Have a good scanner available and scan and send your documents in PDF format. Much easier and I was lucky enough to have the unit to do it.

Great work guys!
My original loan was with FBC which they quickly sold. I contacted them a few month after closing to shop for a lower interest rate. My original loan officer was still with them. He gave me some advice and told my to hang on for a bit. I couldn't do much yet anyway. I did and it paid off. He kept me in the know and on his radar. A few months later, it was time. He had found a ridiculous rate for us. We locked it in and within a few weeks, we had a new mortgage and a fantastic interest rate that saved us about 200+ per month. (We had a pretty good rate before. That's why only 200p/m savings). Thanks guys. Awesome work on your part.

Matt and his team were incredibly easy and helpful. They work as one cohesive unit and it made my experience buying my new home stress free. They advised on different options I could pursue, they gave me frequent updates, and ultimate the process was incredibly stress-free working with them. I would recommend them to anyone.
