We did not like the way it was unorganized. Once oyr loan went to under writing it was complete chaos! We turned in EVERYTHING we was asked to turn in and the day we was scheduled to close with an app time under writing threatened to push our date back 20 days because of a paper i gave her 3 weeks prior she the decided it wasnt good enough. We didnt get to close on our scheduled date but 4 days later. Cherrie Muzaffar was great through this experience!

There was a lot of miscommunication and it just seemed very unorganized throughout the process. We were given way too many contacts to submit things to. One of the main problems we had was our closing was in September and days before our closing we were asked for items that we had sent them in May. I think if we had not been handed over to numerous people that would have relieved a lot of our headaches. Also, I would recommend not waiting to ask clients for things until the day you need them, this happened a lot. We are happy that our loan went through and we are in our new home.

We were a mess
Going into our process we knew we would be a challenge. Never buying a home before, having horrid credit, but my the grace we got a approved, we then had to work towards and staying approved while every eye looked at our stuff with a fine tooth comb. The communication was lacking, even if there wasn’t an updated, I would have been nice to know a simple -nothing new today. It was a stressful process that I’m glad it’s over.... however he didn’t give up, he followed through and finally it all worked out. It took at more months than should, but we were partially to blame. But he kept it going. And got it closed when he could have “fired us”

Had some bumps along the way which resulted in unnecessary delays, extra work for me and stress/anxiety which affected my PTSD. Some lack of communication but generally OK in that regard.
Anthony's Tip: Get an acknowledgement of receipt for all documents that you send either electronically or by other means. Ask to be updated on a regular basis.
