I have been through two home purchases and one other refi. This one was buy far the easiest and quickest! I also came through the process this time feeling more knowledgeable about the loan process. The Ball was Dropped
I was advised by the loan office that items to be paid off by the Title company would be mailed out on the 25th of September. I have placed calls to the Title company and emailed and called the loan office. To this date October 1st the items to be paid off has not happened, and I am getting emails from the Title company asking me for the account numbers to be paid off. I was told by Dawn Blankenship of the Title company that the checks were sent out last week but they were returned. How can they have sent out the checks with no account numbers!!! Spoke to the loan officer today October 1st and he said there computer system crashed!!! Seems to me that I am getting the run around. This week I have been getting calls from the creditors want to know what happened to my payments. As I told the loan officer and the Title company, I am and have been out of the country since the 23rd and have limited internet access. TOTAL FAILURE!!!!!!!

I was referred to Barbara Dini at FBC Mortgage by my mother who was a first time home buyer years ago and said she would never of been able to be in the home she is today if it wasn't for all of Barbara's fantastic help & guidance. As soon as I reached out to Barbara, I knew I was going to be in good hands. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She had so many helpful tips to help prevent any hold ups on my file. She was always available, whenever I would have a question in mind or wanting to adjust my pre-approval numbers, she was just a text away. Whenever an issue would arise, she was the first person there to find a solution. I never had to worry when I was working with her. Also, Michelle my loan file processor was amazing as well. She stayed on top of my file and had excellent communication skills. If it wasn't for Barbara and Michelle, I don't think i would of been able to close in the timely fashion that i did. And now, not even 2 months later, I am in the home of my dreams! Thank you so much Barbara!! I would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone!! :)
