We are pleased overall with the mortgage process. The estimates were all high for the final closing disclosures, but when the time came to close on the house all of the numbers changed and they were much lower than expected. We would highly recommend FBC Mortgage to anyone who is in the market for a new mortgage or for refinancing.
Jennings's Tip: Keep in constant contact with them and remain in the know. Confirm all of the numbers prior to closing and keep up to date on the changing market if you are having a home built. Get your rate locked as soon as possible!

This was by far my best experience with a lender. I am self-employed and my finances are somewhat complicated. When I purchased my previous home I used the builder's lender and it was a nightmare, I was constantly having to explain things and write many letters of explanation.
