When we first started looking for an approval for a loan we thought there were no chance of that happen in speaking with several brokers do to our past history. My first phone conversation with Julie I felt there was a chance because she didn't start our conversation with what we did wrong that affected us in getting a loan. Once we explain our situation, she stated "okay let me see what I can do" from that first statement I felt at ease in working with her. She never lead me wrong during the entire process even when I got frustrated she kept that belief in us this can happen just follow her lead. Julie being an outstanding person not only as a broker but as an individual she has a wonderful personality which is very hard to find in South Florida. When you hang up from a phone conversation with her each time she make you feel we are still moving forward with this project by not saying bye, her thing was "talk to you soon" to me meaning there is still hope. Mike Bedell and his team are truly the best in the business! My husband and I had just about given up on owning our own home. We met with a previous Mortgage Company who our realtor had recommended. We left feeling discouraged. We went straight to the Builder of the home we were interested in. They contacted Mike. What a wonderful conversation we had. Mike was encouraging and a cheerleader during the entire process. He worked to get us the rate we wanted and we both felt secure we would have a new home. Mike’s staff was awesome. Justin Schuman worked with us on the paperwork needed. He was patient with us going over what was needed. Justin put our minds at ease our paperwork was in order going forward. Good service overall
After having been burned in a previous mortgage process, we were very leary of the whole process. Quinta was quick and helpful in her replies, especially with our dozens of questions late in the process. As FBC had a partnership with our builder, we had a good incentive to go with them as well. I’d recommend them, at least to this point, in the process.
