Heath went out of his way to ensure our loan process was worry-free. We purchased property in Oklahoma while still residing in California, which can be very stressful. He was available to answer all of our questions and went out of his way to accomodate our requests. I would highly recommend Heath Jenkins as a Loan Officer.

Working with Matt and his team (Nick, Tiffany, and others) was a fantastic experience!! My wife is a former mortgage processor, so we are extremely familiar with the industry. First and foremost, the team was ALWAYS responsive, whether with information/answering questions or just getting back to us very quickly. They were patient, friendly, and very clear on what we needed in order to get everything approved. I would highly recommend Matt and his team with no hesitation!

Worth it!
This is a very detailed process and takes patience and organization on the potential homebuyer. Greg Thomas/Karen Grim (Tampa) were awesome and explained what and why was needed for our closing. But when you get your keys to your new home you will see it was worth it. Awesome job.
Lisha's Tip: Get organized! Lots of requested documents needed. Be patient. Dedicate at least a month for the process. Read every contractural document. Ask questions even if it feels silly.
