What a pleasure
Kiel Ecimovic was a true blessing from the beginning of the process to the end. There wasn't a moment where I had to wait for an email or return call from him. Very reassuring, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was stressed out through the process and yet he always found a way to relax and give encouraging words of advice. Would take the time to explain every little detail and when I didn't understand something which was often, he found a way to talk to me without having me looking into a dictionary to find out what he was saying. I cannot express enough how much of a true blessing he was to me in this whole process. He will definitely be my first and only recommendation for anyone I know buying a house now and in the future. Our loan was painless and fairly simple. Loan processors and admin. staff were terrific. Although there was a TON of paperwork required (due to the VA) it was easy to upload and provide to FBC and if something was wrong or something additional was required they let us know in a timely manner and we got it done! Would definitely use again.

Lending experience
In the initial stage of loan process the response from lending team was good but towards closing I felt lender worked more towards builder side than borrower as time & again loan officer told me they will work with me as a friend including his boss who mentioned a day before closing they will try to help me as my closing was moved forward by almost 2 months but surprisingly nobody turned back even on the day of closing even till today to know how closing was done. I am giving 4 stars just because they gave me a good interest rate otherwise I wouldn’t have given for sure. Anyways On the whole I have OK experience with FBC but it will be great if they can work closely with borrower on their concerns as well needs.
