I can not find the words to express my humble gratitude for both Eric and Debbie!! From the start, very honest, right up front!! Eric, kept me in the loop every step of the loan process. In helping me, Debbie had the understanding and patience of GOD!! I am not easy to deal with!! LOL!! Both Eric an Debbie, knew I was totally inexperienced at the home loan and buying process. However, they both walked me through the process, with such meek kindness and ease. I had a great experience with Stephen Mullin, he helped us through two difficult loan applications and got us approved quickly and at the best rates, he was top notch. But I will literally never do another loan with Home Loans today because of your processor Bonnie Pater. Bonnie purposefully avoided direct questions and expressed an attitude of haughtiness and disdain for me. It shocked me since I think of myself as type A and had limited interaction with her but to get her the documents she requested quickly and succinctly. She disparaged my real estate agent, suggested I get a lawyer to explain when I asked simple questions, and spent as much time as possible talking about how experienced and knowledgeable she was when I finally called to get direct answer. She was a waste of my time and made things more difficult in what was already be a difficult deal. I thought maybe it was just me, but at closing, the title company representative mentioned the "*****y" attitude of the closing dept at Home Loans Today and how she couldn't get questions answered without a demeaning reply or the run around. It felt a little better to hear it wasn't just me, but it made me realize your processing/closing dept has a problem and I don't want to interact with them again.
Katheryn's Tip: Call the Loan Officer with questions, don't ask the processor.
