Started off Very Strong
Dealing with the original loan officer was a breeze. He was easy to communicate with and was easy to get in touch with. He never made me feel stupid for asking questions and took a lot of time to explain my options. The only complaint I had with him was that I was told we qualified to only put 3% percent down, then as we were getting ready to finalize the loan, I was told we had to put 5% down and it was a mistake. He apologized a lot, but it was deffinitely a blow to us. Once the loan moved into processing, the communication broke down a lot more. I got plenty of emails, but there was multiple times I would response back to her and would never hear anything. In fact, I asked the same question in three different emails with no mention of the answer coming back. I would also ask for clarification on instructions,and she was literally just send me the SAME ORIGINAL EMAIL back. Very frustrating. But all in all, a good experience and I would recommend them.

Good Communication and Information
Had a very good experience working with Quinta as my house was being built. Except for an occasion or two she was out of the office, she would respond within 24 hours to any questions. Really happy she mentioned the ability to prepay PMI on our loan (we had 5% down), which will save us down the road (4-5 years of PMI upfront versus potentially 8-10 years over time).
Thomas's Tip: Make sure to keep all your required documents in an easy to find place. I prepared for it and it was still time consuming compiling pay stubs, tax records, bank statements, etc.
