Met the Koller Team Feb 2022. Beginning 2023, spotted a place we likedand contacted Steve Koller about reopening a loan application submitted in 2022. He immediately went to work on it and within the week we were fully informed in all aspects of rates and loan requirements. Loan closed over a six week period which was the time span we requested. the team kept us informed at every step of the process and closed on the designated time and day 10 March 2022.

Looking for a mortgage? Look no further, because I found the most incredible mortgage company for you. Yup. After much searching, I found one company that outshines all the rest—FBC Mortgage in The Villages, FL. To be fair, the other mortgage companies I met with were also nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, but I felt like I was just a number to them. The difference is that FBC Mortgage gives over-the-top exceptional customer service. How? They met me at the door just as I arrived at their building, escorted me to their offices, and along the way introduced me to everyone who worked there. This simple act shows they value their employees and made me feel valued by giving me all their attention. They asked what I was looking for in a mortgage and listened to what I had to say. They were super friendly, extremely professional, and did due diligence by contacting me several times since our initial meeting. They wanted my business. They even asked the ultimate question of what they could do to secure my business. Exceptional customer service is sadly lacking in our society, but this group has pretty much aced it. Oh…and they gave me an incredible mortgage rate!

We were recommended to check with Steve & his group to see if we could get a better deal than with our bank on a Sunday afternoon, and Steve was able to meet us the following afternoon. After providing the details Steve, he was able to come to be with a better deal, so we proceeded with the necessary paperwork , and moved forward with a mortgage with fbc. Thirty days later, I'm now the proud owner of a new house in The Villages, and appreciate Steve, Laura, and the rest of the fbc family for a very smooth process. It was also very helpful to close from our current home address in Charlotte, NC as opposed to driving back down to The Villages. Again thanks to all, Yvan & Pat Jolin
