Great Home Loan Experience with my Loan Officer, Lee Utley (FBC)
During the loan process, lee Utley,Loan Officer, carefully explained each step of the loan process. He was polite and knowledgeable of the process and answered all of my questions. Following each section of the loan a slide show would appear, letting you know you had successfully completed that section. Those slide shows were very helpful as well as entertaining. Happy with my refinance
FBC Mortgage has very competitive rates & lender fees and my loan officer Gina Damiani is great to deal with. My refinance process took a bit longer than I would have liked due to the amount of loans being processed as a result of low interest rates during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Gina kept me informed along the way and explained why things were taking a bit longer than expected. Gina did everything within her reach to keep me happy. I am very happy with this transaction and will definitely be doing business with Gina Damiani again. Thank you, Gina!
Luis's Tip: Refinancing may take a little bit longer than expected during high volume times but it's worth the wait.

FBC gave excellent advice to choose a 15 year conventional loan. Joanne was very responsive and available. The underwriting process seemed disorganized, required repeating the document download process and unlocking credit 3 times. I would have appreciated a time line at the beginning of the process, we were away on business travel twice near the closing and had to scramble to get the documents in when I returned home.
Paul's Tip: Realize if the closing is delayed (we had no appliances due to the pandemic), the entire document download may need to be entirely repeated every 8 weeks. Sometimes the request was for different documents, not just updated.
