I have had the pleasure working with Mrs. Lisa Amorosa and her co-worker Mrs. Marcy Hunter for both my initial home loan and my refinance. Both ladies take the time and treat you as an individual rather than “just another client” to ensure that you are making all of the right choices appropriate for you and your family. I was highly impressed that both showed a strong commitment to getting me the best possible outcome for my situation. The responsiveness from both is unparalleled and the entire process, no matter how tedious it appeared, felt very relaxed with no unnecessary stress. I highly recommend both Mrs Amorosa and Mrs. Hunter as they will provide you with excellent customer service and I strongly believe that they looked at my situation from an advocate for the client as opposed to someone that is just trying to meet their quota and sell a product without any care for the person. There was ZERO headache with waiting for a follow up call or additional information as both do an excellent job of keeping you update on the progress throughout the application all the way through closing and even did a fantastic job of explaining “what to expect next”.
