I was very pleased with all of my interactions with Matt, my Loan Officer and Elaine, my processor; the team made sure that everything went very smoothly to prepare for my close. There was excellent communications on what was needed and next steps in the process. Matt was quick to respond to all of my questions and went out of his way to get me timely answers. My real estate agent also told me how impressed she was with the FBC team and process compared to other mortgage companies she deals with and that she would include FBC in referrals to her other clients.
