This program is intended to be a MINIMUM documentation, streamlined refinance. Unfortunately the existing underwriting and approval process proved to be unweildy and took excessive amounts of time to "validate" what should have been intuitively obvious to the most casual observer.
Lawrence's Tip: Get a commitment from lender on expected time of completion for each step of their cumbersome lending process.
