My experience with Gordon started great, along the way i started comunicating with i believe was the processor partner and it wasnt as pleasant. Some confusion in information made the last week before closing the worst nightmare. Last minute paperwork requests that were not asked for before so i was not prepared (keep in mind i closed on my house during this pandemic in which I couldn’t go to the bank without appointment) Last minute changes on closing costs, closing being changed a couple of times that caused me to over spent on moving trucks as i had to keep them for an extra day. I can not say is Gordon’s fault as he was always as POLITE as he could be to me eventho i was furious for all this. I believe when lenders have so many loans to work on (as of is the situation now) is easy to rely on processors but in my case it would of been better if i only communicated with Gordon instead of his processor which seemed confused and misinformed. And dont get me started on underwritters not knowing how to read sinple taxes of a self employed. Overall i would recommend Gordon but only Gordon!
Yesenia's Tip: What i would do different in a perfect world is not close during a pandemic, insist on only talking to one lender not others, rectify closing numbers by email and phone with lender, and keep your paperwork handy always!
