Better Communication
The process was of course new for me and my husband. We didn't know anything about what we were doing. Karen is a very sweet lady however, the communication between the loan officer and the sales rep was not good at all and we were stuck in the middle having to make sure the issues were solved. We did get through it and purchased the house but i think better communication would've made this journey a little bit easier to deal with.

Okay Service
After initial conversations the office or any loan officer were almost impossible to reach. Unless they want to talk to you, forget about leaving a message or expecting a quick response back. They covered my closing costs and that’s the only reason they got two stars. The confusion and ill instructed process made a first time home buying experience a nightmare. If you can go with your own lender then do so. Shaun Greene the loan processor was by far the best and deserves the second star.

Keith Bice did a phenomenal job from the beginning to the end. The Covid virus has caused a lot of issues in different areas but NOT with Keith, Amy, Debbie and Rachel. During the entire process, I was updated with e-mails and phone calls. Also, at the Closing, Brian Gregg, with Title One, was extremely thorough and professional.

Success Even During a Pandemic
I was able to close my loan on time even during a pandemic thanks to FBC! Brian Skarg patiently worked with with me to find a solution even during the unforseen pandemic in early 2020. We thought it was going to be “cookie cutter” loan, but it sure wasn’t. The purchase of my new home was contingent on the sale of my home in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had difficulties showing and selling of my home due to the the Covid-19 breakout. However, Brian patiently worked with me at the time and helped me determine an alternative solution for my downpayment, which resulted in the closing of my loan on time. To make a long story short, I sold my home in the Bay Area, closed on my loan and moved into my new home even during a pandemic, thanks in part by the FBC team. Thank you Brian!
