Working with Yvette Cortes was a such a pleasure from the first introduction to the last details. She expertly and quickly answered my questions clearly. I have a lot of questions! She had patience. She is straightforward. There are no surprises. She moved my application along the process to adept team members like Michelle, Bob, and Kelly. My interaction with the rest of the team was seamless. They are all on the same page! Towards the end, Michelle helped smooth the way to the finish line. What I appreciated most was followup from each one as needed. I wasn't left alone to wander and figure things out on my own. I also liked the short little videos and autoupdates to tell you the status of your loan. If you have the pleasure of working with this team consider yourself lucky. We closed on time even with a tight window to work with. I highly recommend them.

Buying a new house from MARONDA was a painful process.Communication was sporadic.When I call they directed the calls to another person.They lost two checks for down payment, and I need to submitted bank evidence for the cashed checks.Never offer the opportunity to negotiate costs involved, including almost $9,000.00 to an agent that I didn't hired. Closing was a nightmare, it was 4:30 p.m. and I didn't know the exact $$ amount to present at the closing.Finally the closing was held after 6:30 p.m. four hours after scheduled time.That meeting was a positive experience.

I am a new home owner. This entire experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. I was so stressed from the day of offer to the day of closing. Every time I reached out for information something was different. I would NEVER use this company again. From the time we went under contract to closing I had problems with communication. My realtor and the title company had issues getting information. I was informed at 9 pm the night before scheduled closing that they needed more paperwork. I jumped through hoops trying to provide things for underwriting. After changing the closing twice, the day of closing nothing was prepared for the title company. I sat for an hour waiting for them to send the papers. After signing I still had to come back and sign more paperwork. This was a first time buy and the biggest nightmare. The title company had previous issues and expressed their frustration with me as well. The realtor I was working with pulled clients because she was so embarrassed by the entire situation.
Meredith's Tip: Don't waste your time. It took 6 weeks to finally use after opening a contract to buy. I had nothing but issues with communication. Think hard before you use this company.
