Very Poor Followup
Was told I would be receiving one amount as cash back only to receive a much lower amount. When I questioned Wes, he pretty much threw his "team" under the bus saying at a certain point he turns over the refi to them. So, he never checks up & reviews everything to make sure all is correct? Just get them done? VERY upset I was not updated regarding the change.
Susan's Tip: Be sure you are kept updated not just on paperwork progress but that the content has not changed.

Do not recommend!!!
Thought lender was working for us to find the best possible deal but really was working for builder. When we searched for another lender who gave us better offer with a .5% lower interest rate and less money at closing. The builders lender then matched the offer but was cold when dealing with us. When asked why we did not get this offer the first time she said " I never said I would be the lowest" After saying she would match money to pay off at the last moment we had to pay off more on credit card when the other lender said we would not have to.
