I secured a VA Mortgage thru FBC and must say the entire process from beginning to end was professional, painless, and a welcome proposition in terms of the finance rate obtained. Sure there are other "big name online lenders" but those companies very often do NOT offer the customer the best finance rates available; that's why it's critical to shop around and compare organizations.
Kevin's Tip: Ensure your credit file is updated and you've obtained the highest credit score obtainable to get the best rates. Many people do not even consider this reality until it's too late; act accordingly.

Who where to begin. I will keep this short. We had been trying to purchase our dream home with another company that will go unnamed. One week before our walkthrough we were told we couldn’t be approved. Fast forward we were introduced to Sam Davis, (No Relation :). He and his amazing team went above and beyond to make our dream of owning our home a reality. Sam was available anytime I needed to know the status of our loan.
