Could not have been a better experience for a first time home-buyer
Kristen was just perfect! I am a first time home buyer, I have to know everything about what's happening with my money (reasonably neurotic) and she just stay calm. She explained everything, everything happened almost exactly as she explained it. She even handled my parents! She was really a port in a storm (or lighthouse maybe). I also appreciated the videos, the expeditious treatment, I mean, we closed in less than 30 days I think and I've never had a home loan before! And this was all during the Corona Virus.
