Having worked with FBC Home Loans both personally and professionally as a Realtor for many years, I've come to expect good service and products. Jared and his team, especially Pam Crowley, exceeded my expectations. Pam was only a quick phone call or text away when I needed her. She also makes herself readily available to my potential buyers and always gets them pre-qualified in a timely manner. Fortuitously, FBC was able to close on my loan a week early which took away some of the stress in these uncertain times. The electronic loan updates and accompanying videos are good tools for me and my customers, too.

Effortlessly Simple
I was surprised of how easy it was to complete my home loan. I have horror stories about the buying and closing of homes. My process was easy, and laid out for me. Considering I closed right when all this Corona Virus scare was happening, I'm surprised the concession that were made to meet my closing date.

Our realtor connected us with our loan officer. We have worked with the loan officer on a few potential offers until this most recent one that was an accepted offer. Barbara was incredibly responsive throughout the process. Part way through our purchase the Coronavirus crisis began, Barbara was responsive to the rate environment given the circumstances and getting us the most competitive rate. She also helped us right up until closing when due to the environment the close had to be accelerated. The circumstances of this deal were very unique. Barbara was calm, helpful and responsive throughout. I’d highly recommend Barbara.
