I had a very smooth experience buying a home with FBC mortgage. The entire team I worked with was super helpful and as a first time home buyer, I really appreciated their guidance and patence. Nick Furbee was super great. Always there to answer questions and give very practical advice. He is a huge part of how smooth this process was for me. I Would 100% recommend FBC mortgage and will use again.

Good service when you work for it
We were pre-approved with FBC and still shopping other lenders as well. Trying to compare several different lenders was no simple task, as the first "quote" is a different format from updates through the loan process. FBC was willing to match another lender, but took some back and forth to get the good deal.
