Overall Experience
My overall experience was ok. My agent Nate was good at first. However, as time went on I feel my needs or questions was not in his best interest and I felt that critical information I was needing was never relayed to me and less than 2 hours from closing I still did not have the actual amount I needed at closing. Patrick was good in the brief time I talked to him. I was not impressed with Nate and overall FBC was good but the individual that was running my paperwork was not. I would still recommend to future clients.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderfully fantastic Beckie was throughout the entire process. Professional; Knowledgeable; Considerate and Personable are a few adjectives to describe her. My wife and I were overly impressed during each correspondence with Beckie. She was thoughtful in her response and never made us feel like we should not contact her or ask questions. She made the financial aspect of purchasing a home the least stressful part of this major purchase for us. There is no other person we would recommend for family and friends who are in the market to purchase a home. She is everything you could ask for and more.

I enjoyed working with Sam. He was professional and prompt. He provided explanations clearly when necessary. The only reason I am not giving him 5 stars is because I felt like I had to contact him several times to get the refinance started.
