We worked with Matthew in the beginning to figure out how their financing worked and the mortgage process and decided to go with FBC ultimately because of the benefits with the builder. We had a tough time once we decided to go with FBC- specifically with the person who collects all of your documents- in terms of communication, both promptness and clarity in what she was requesting. The entire FBC team were efficient, helpful in explaining FL mortgage process and being friendly in the process. Although the process was lengthy with much information to provide, having e-signing and the security of their process held with efficiency on both sides. The only thing that is keeping it from a 5 star is the level of documentation that was required, that said, its better for all parties to be transparent and have current information from the buyer.
