Better than before...
Used this lender to both purchase and refinance our home. It was not a pleasant experience at first. She seemed overwhelmed with work which resulted in poor communication and frustration. Unknowingly, we were assigned to her for our refinance as well. But I must admit, that it was a better experience the second time around. We received more communication and were kept updated via email. A noticeable improvement...
Lucie's Tip: Be patient. The process itself is stressful anyway and it doesn’t help getting frustrated at the people trying to help.

Johnny and the Stinson team were phenomenal throughout our home buying process. As first time home buyers, we were very limited on knowledge and extremely nervous about this whole procedure from start to finish. Brandon showed up at my open house doing a pop bye! With a professional marketing brochure with products fbc had to offer, and came across extremely professional. I was in the processing of starting my own loan with another bank. After Brandon professionalism I said why not. So I gave him a called and shortly after he had me Pre approved. Whenever I reached out to him for questions and answered he responded right away. His communication was excellent, and he made the home buying process exceptionally easy!
