Worst Experience
There was a lack of communication within the office between the Edna and Cheryl. They were asking us to send them documents that we already sent to one of them multiple times. Also, there was no secure portal given to upload the docs, I was asked to email them copies of it. At the end, they told us to just follow the wire instruction given in the beginning for the initial wiring.

FBC took a very frustrating situation and turned it into a great experience. There were many difficulties along the way, but what is important to me is how they are handled. FBC got me a great rate (better than what others would even quote) , listened to my situation amd worked with me and, in the end, got my family into a beautiful new home!
