Great job, positive experience
the level of communication, knowledge and caring were outstanding by Barry Sheehan......no question went unanswered......tremendous follow up on all issues.......on the negative side, while I fully understand fbc must document the process, I felt the level of documentation required was redundant, unnecessary and frankly a pain....also, the sellers attorney was difficult to deal with and did not do his job very well (which is NOT the fault of fbc), but it did complicated the overall process

Stressful
Unfortunately, I was very unhappy with the entire process until Adam's got involved. Once Adam's was involved things began to run much smoother. I dont like giving a bad review, I just feel things could've been handled better. The blame was on a credit rescore, however, I feel that wasnt the case. So thankful it is over. Thank you Kaysa, you were a huge help, and for always being available when I had questions.

Quick and Easy
We made the decision to buy our new home very quickly. & Matt and the rest of the FBC team made everything else very easy. we did everything securely online. Once something was submitted it was checked off the list. I was expecting to have to send things in repeatedly. It was pretty simple! Very happy with it all.
Ian's Tip: Remember which password is what... last 4 of ss or something I came up with. I could’ve also benefited from writing everyone’s name down and what they did. Because between our sale our buy the title companies it got hard to remember who was who.

At one point, after sending and resending via email various pieces of required information (which sometimes was difficult to obtain) I remarked to Krissy Osborn that this process could replace waterboarding! In the end it all worked out and we are pleased. I wish we been doing this when the interest rate was lower but that is just how the market goes. Debra Clark and Krissy Osborn were the persons we worked with the most and they both worked hard to do their best for us. Debra helped us get a better interest rate than we might have if she hadn't helped us. Everyone we worked with was very helpful in this confusing and time-consuming process. Thanks much.
Charles's Tip: Try to understand fully what the mortgage officers are asking of you so that you don't have to do your part over and over.
