I believe that in the beginning things were going good, then slowly instead of following thru I had to call, text to find out things. I ask a few things that NEVER got responses. Still don't know the answers to my questions. And also please be careful when verbally saying amounts and then turns out to be another amount. Our rent was suppose to be $1491 then was $1551. After all 1520. Well overall It was ok. And for closing not much was prepared. Even where I went to close they knew the wait with you guys was heavy. Not sure if I dare to recommend your services...

Molly was great! But in my opinion the other employees should pay more attention to the information sent to them and don’t wait until the last minute to review it. We had a closing scheduled for two then we received an email rescheduling the time to 3:00 and the same person who sent us the previous email called during our second walk through which was at 12:30 to let un know that the closing was going to be at 1:30. She didn’t even remember the email she sent us.
Raul's Tip: Some workers should be more professional and followed up with the customers.

Seymoine was completely professional, efficient, and thorough, as well as fun to work with. She was very skilled at making a complicated process seem less daunting; Doing anything this complicated from the Virgins Islands seemed impossible, but she was able to smooth out the rough spots; the loan closed without a hitch.

June's Tip: Be prepared to use their website to upload documents and make sure your all in one printer/scanner/copier is in working order because you will use it a lot. Ours was packed away.
