My experience with FBC was bitter sweet. Reason being, is because my husband and I were 1st time home buyers and most of the language seemed like jargon to us and we were so new to EVERYTHING. I was grateful for the open communication with Debra, Krissy and Tina. Debra was always responsive and readily available by email and all times of the day which we appreciated because we were able to communicate quick and effective. Debra worked hard and was very patient with us throughout it all.
Yanela's Tip: Ask questions, be patient, and don't get frustrated because though they may seem like they are ignoring you, it the complete opposite and they are working your file.

This real estate deal was for a condo and because I am presently living in South Carolina everything had to be done by phone, computer, or wire. At first it seemed to be hectic and a little overwhelming due to the fact I lost my wife in January, but that was soon to be relieved because of the GREAT people working for FBC. I want to thank Loan Officer Laura Revis, Processor Angela Servoss, and Escrow Officer Kim Price of LTNV. They were a GEM to work with because I wasn't always pleasant at that time! They made the process seem very pleasant with a few hiccups along the way, not with your people, but with the Seller! I would recommend FBC Mortgage to everyone. I will be moving into my new condo in about a week or 10 days. Can't wait!!! A JOB WELL DONE.

FBC was very thorough in getting all the paperwork necessary and explaining to us why they needed so much paperwork so many times. The only negative is that the builder took so long to get the home completed that our rate went up a whole point from the first quote in March 2017 to March 3018.
