Great Experience
I've purchased and refinanced other houses, so I came into this purchase expecting the lending process to be similar - long, tedious and frustrating. I couldn't have been more wrong. Destini, and everyone else that worked on our loan with FBC, did an exceptional job. They were on top of things and made the process simple. Early on in the process when our closing date was set, I thought it was extremely unlikely we would hit that closing date. Yet again, I was wrong. They kept us on track throughout the whole process and hit our closing date. I couldn't recommend Destini enough!

My experience with FBC was pretty typical. I have not moved in 25 years but I have refinanced three or four times during that period. The people were all friendly and professional. They always needed their information or additional documentation in a big hurry, which I complied with every single time, but when I needed key pieces of information like say - the final dollar amount needed at closing, nobody seemed to be in a hurry to get that to me. Many of my questions went unanswered or I had to ask more than once, while I always responded quickly and completely to everything that was asked of me. That was pretty much how my other experiences went so I'd say FBC falls right in line.

FBC mortgage was given to us by our relator because the person that we were buying our house from did not want to deal with a big box lender. Norman was able to figure out a few unexpected hiccups along the way and was able to close on time. The FBC montage team was great on getting us in our house.
Matthew's Tip: The rate was the same as the the big box lenders. Very helpful on getting getting us to close on time.
