Eduardo was a great help! He helped me acquire my first home loan and I look forward to purchasing a few more here with him shortly. He took the time to work with me on the details and some of the hiccups that we had regarding my income. Where every other loan officer I spoke to didn’t try to even give it a shot. He made it happen. 2 others could’ve easily had my account they were just lazy and didn’t want to deal with it... he made it really easy.

What?
Having been a long time home owner and not being in the market for the last 10 years i figured some things had changed. I would have liked to had a road map discussed in person or by phone of what was going to happen, who the different players were and their roles were, what information would be needed and what time frame we would be looking at. In stead, it seemed like a constant demand for this or that by people I didn't know; rushing to get it and waiting on a response that never came. In the end it worked out, but the personal touch would have made for a better experience.
