Very good service.
Kristin was great! The timing for our purchase wasn't perfect -- we weren't going to be able to get our current residence sold in time to close on the new purchase, so she had to be creative in getting us the loan. But she was quickly able to make that work, and now our moving prepping our current house for sale is going to be much more relaxed than it otherwise would have been!

The experience was complicated and anxiety provoking. It would have been smoother had the communication form all parties, particularly underwriting been timelier and thorough. There were a few mishaps along the way with not receiving accurate figures. Ultimately we closed however it was a roller coaster process

Being a first time home buyer with no previous debt, I was extremely nervous to purchase a home. The process seemed very daunting to me. Karen was there for me every step of the way & made the process super easy. Towards closing when things went a little awry due to the title company having my wrong email address, Karen continued to be there for me & helped clear things up. She answered the phone every time I called on closing day (which was multiple times) to help clarify any questions I had prior to signing any papers. I would recommend Karen to literally anybody & everybody looking at purchasing a home!

Throughout the entire process everyone at Team Taylor FBC Mortgage went above and beyond to help us out and provide as much information as possible while moving the process along as quickly and smoothly as possible- we had a bit of a difficult time narrowing down a close date due to our builder, but Alyssa Miller, Kelly Taylor along with all of the other wonderful people at Team Taylor were so incredible; so on top of their game and prepared even when it seemed it wouldn't be possible as they truly were so kind and eager to help our dream of our first Christmas in our new home become a reality- there aren't enough thanks in the world for the blessing they were at 2:00 PM on the Friday before Christmas as they were so prepared and could make the close happen at the last second when our builder was finally ready and convinced all the other parties to help make it happen as well. They say getting a mortgage is the most stressful part of buying a home - Team Taylor with FBC Mortgage completely changes this stigma.
